White Label Resellers

A White Label Reseller is basically the salesperson and communicator between Inology and the client. Essentially, the client’s information remains that of the reseller and Inology is only responsible for providing the services for your client. Inology does not interact with your client at anytime.

Procedure Guide

Below are full details on the procedures of an Inology White Label Reseller.

  1. Using the “Requirements Specification Form”, gather the requirements from the client.

Note: If the client requires major custom work like specialised databases, you must refer the client directly to Inology. With the client’s permission, you are to inform them that they will now be dealing directly with Inology, and their contact details will be given to Inology. Inology staff will then contact and deal with the client directly. This sale now becomes a referral and you will be paid a referral fee and not a reseller commission.

  1. Prepare and present the proposal:

    1. If the client’s requirements do not include any customisations, proceed to add up the services on the “Requirements Specification Form” and present the proposal to the client.

    2. If the client requires minor custom work on their website like flash animation or special forms, etc, then you are to send Inology the “Requirements Specification Form” with details of the custom requirements filled in for costing. Inology will send back to you the proposal for you to present to the client.

  2. Close the sale and collect the deposit (50%).

Note: DO NOT proceed any further unless you have the deposit paid in full.

  1. Place order with Inology and transfer the deposit (50% of wholesale price) into Inology’s account and notify us of this.

  2. Send the client a copy of the “Creative Guidelines Questionnaire” (CGQ) and request they fill it out and return it along with their logo (if they have one) and forward to Inology.

Note: DO NOT proceed any further unless you have received the CGQ. The reason being is that Inology can get started on the first draft and not be held up by the client trying to complete the next steps.

  1. Send the “User Guides for Website Content” document to the client and request they get their copy together for their website and return it with any images they would like included in the website. Once you have received the copy and images in full, forward to Inology.

Note: DO NOT send the copy and images in dribs and drabs as it is more efficient for our graphic artists to lay out the pages all at once.

  1. Whilst you are waiting for the client to send back the content, Inology will be working on the first draft of the mock-up website. Once complete, Inology will send you a link to a preview site which you can forward on to the client for review. The client then accepts or requests changes, which you forward onto Inology

  2. Inology will cut-out the mockup for the site and layout the pages with the copy and images. Once complete Inology will notify you and you can in turn notify your client and ask for approval. Any requested changes to layout of the pages will be forwarded to Inology. This process continues back and forth until the site is approved.

  3. Collect the balance from the client.

  4. Transfer the balance of the wholesale price into Inology’s account and notify us of this. Once the final balance has been received, Inology will release the website to the client’s domain.

PLEASE NOTE: If the job exceeds four weeks, Inology will ask you to ask the client for a progress payment (25%) and once received transfer 25% of the wholesale into Inology’s account.
