Accessing Your Domain Registration(s)

Accessing Your Website Hosting

To access your website hosting account, go to: https://www.web-server-03.com:8443/ and login with the above credentials.

Accessing Your Website CMS

To access your website CMS go to https://[DOMAIN] and login with the following:

User name: [LICENSEE EMAIL]

Password: Password above in credentials

Accessing Your Email Hosting and Mailboxes Settings

To access your email hosting account, go to: https://www.web-server-01.com:8443/ and login with the above credentials. From there you will be able to manage your mailbox accounts. However, on your behalf, we have initially set up the following mailboxes and their aliases:

Accessing Your Mail

Via the Web

To access your mail via the web go to: https://webmail.web-server-01.com/ and login with the following:

User name: Your email address

Password: Password above in credentials

Via Outlook or Equivalent

To setup your account in your email software (ie. Outlook), use the following details:

Incoming Mail

Account Type: POP (saves mail locally) or IMAP (suggested for syncing across multiple devices, saves mail on server)

Server: mail.web-server-01.com

User name: Your email address

Password: Password above in credentials

Port: 995 (POP) or 993 (IMAP)

Encryption (SSL): Yes

Outgoing Mail

Account Type: SMTP

Server: mail.web-server-01.com

User name: Your email address

Password: Password above in credentials

Authentication: Password

Port: 465

To Transfer Files Via FTP

To transfer files to and from the site via FTP, use ftp://[DOMAIN]/ and login with the above credentials.

To View Your Website Statistics

To view statistics for your site go to: http://www.[DOMAIN]/plesk-stat/webstat/.
